Spicy Cheese Dip
1 1/2 lb. Cheese
Quik*
1 (14.5oz. can) Fire
Roasted Diced Tomatoes*1 (4oz. can) Diced Green Chiles*
In a saucepan, on low
heat, slowly melt cheese. Drain the tomatoes and chiles. When cheese is melted,
add tomatoes and chiles. Mix and cook for five minutes. Makes about 2 cups.
